Age Cards (12)Payment: Payment must be received before we can dispatch your order, this can be either in Sterling or Euro and payable by Credit or Debit card and through Paypal. This does not mean you need to have an account with them, and your card details will not be kept by anyone.
Confirmation of orders:
We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order once your card transaction has been successful. Once we have despatched your goods we will also send you an e-mail. Check your spam box if you don’t appear to have received these e-mails as sometimes they can be mistakenly treated as junk mail.
Cancellation of orders:
If you wish to cancel an order please tell us straight away to save its dispatch, if it has already been posted we will refund your payment if you return the items to us in pristine condition. We will not refund any postage charges incurred by you.
Website privacy and information security:
To provide the services and products available through our website, personal information relating to you which you have provided come under the Data Protection Act. By providing this information you agree that we may use this to provide the services and products. Any personal information that we collect will be used solely to send the items ordered and will not be passed on to any other organisation. We reserve the right though from time to time to e-mail you with further information of our products, you will be able though to opt out from this.
Limit of liability:
Cards for Brits Abroad, its officers, employees or agents involved in creating and maintaining the website hereby exclude all responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damaged incurred by:
Interruption of the operation of the business including, but not limited to postal strikes, acts of God etc.
Viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data etc. whilst browsing the web site.
Failure of the mail service or other delivery companies to deliver your order or damage suffered during the delivery process.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you be more than the amount paid by you.
Whilst we endeavour to make the images on the website as accurate as possible, the colour etc. showing on your own computer may vary from the actual colours represented on the cards. We may also make changes to the material on the website, or the services we provide, including prices at any time and without notice, once you have ordered though we would honour those prices shown at the time of ordering. We also can withdraw ranges at any time. If for reasons beyond our control the items ordered are no longer available we will offer you a substitute which you can decline or a refund of your payment.

We are completely committed to having a ‘happy customer’ but we need to have certain clauses above included to cover us from unscrupulous buyers!
Postal Charges and Delivery details:
Our offer of free delivery over £15 spent applies ONLY to individual cards.
All our heavier items such as boxed cards, wallets or cards, notelets, wrapping paper etc. and similar items we may be selling in the future, will have a weight displayed on their relevant descriptions and will have a * beside their product category.
Packing and postage costs:
Individual cards totalling over £15 spent FREE
Individual cards, and or items marked * up to 200 grms. £1.85
Mixed items up to 500grms. £3.75
Mixed items up to 800 grms. £5.50
Mixed items up to 1kg. £6.50
Items over 1 kg. will be despatched in two parcels and will incur the individual relevant weight costs per parcel.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order once it has been authorised and approved by our card processing company, please though bear in mind we are fully dependent on the postal system or carriers, this as you well know in Europe can be affected by numerous public holidays and odd strikes!!
All items will be despatched in pristine condition and we can’t take responsibility for damage to products suffered during the delivery process.
